Description
This seminar comprises lectures, case studies and discussions with
technical and legal members of the boards of appeal. Quality
and harmonisation in substantive examination is also addressed
in this seminar.
Target group
Lawyers, members of legal departments and examiners involved in
the work of the boards of appeal of national offices; focus is
on trainees coming from non-member states, however some places
are available for trainees coming from the Organisation's member
states
