Description
This public conference will cover current issues related to the
IP and patent enforcement landscape in the European patent system,
including EU measures and legislative framework in place to achieve
this end. Criminal enforcement, border enforcement and industry
strategies will also be discussed.
Objectives
The participants will gain a better understanding of the workings
of the European patent system, and the extent to which recent
legislative moves and judicial decisions affect IP enforcement
and litigation in the region.

Legal staff of national offices, judges, public prosecutors, patent
attorneys, other enforcement officials

WIPO, Bundespatentgericht and the Academy of European Law (ERA)
